Aged Care Solved is owned and operated by Lyn Walker, a Certified Financial Planner with over 30 years of experience. Lyn now specialises in navigating the complexities of the aged care system. As an aged care specialist, she assists clients and collaborates with other professionals such as Financial Planners, Lawyers, hospital social workers and Accountants to help their clients through the intricate area of aged care.

 
Our focus is on offering aged care financial understanding, education about the aged care system, and aged care placement services to help individuals find suitable facilities. Lyn is long term member of the Financial Advice Association of Australia (FAAA) as a non-practicing Certified Financial Planner & Fellow Member, now providing only aged care advice and no longer offering investment, superannuation, or product advice. Lyn is on the committee of the GC FAAA Chapter and can readily link you to a financial adviser for specialist investment advice when required. We also have strong connections within both the aged care community and legal industry in SEQLD, so we can offer a seamless transition to other professionals.

Our team is passionate about being your aged care navigator expert, guiding individuals through the complexities of aged care. We tailor our services to your unique needs. Some clients may need assistance understanding the fees associated with aged care, while others might require help finding an aged care facility that suits their needs. Additionally, some may need comprehensive project management for their transition into aged care. Recognizing that aged care is not a 'one size fits all' situation, we help you navigate what you need to consider for your loved one.

We also assist age pensioners in resolving Centrelink issues, lodging age pension claims, and ensuring their age pension payments are accurate.
