Lyn has been involved in the Financial Planning industry for over 35 years and remains a non practicing Certified Financial Planner and member of the Financial Advisers  Association of Australia. 

Lyn is the founder of  Aged Care Solved and initially created  this business as a subsidiary service to her Financial Planning practice. She found there was a large gap in the knowledge and skills required to navigate this field when families of the elderly needed help the most. Lyn has now chosen to specialise solely in the aged care space. In addition to helping the elderly she also consults to other Financial Planners, Lawyers, Doctors and Aged Care providers to assist their clients entering care.

  Tiffany has proven to be an invaluable asset to our team. Her knack for mathematics and attention to detail have made her a perfect fit. She prepares financial outcomes for our clients entering aged care and ensures accuracy in aged care fee assessments and Centrelink entitlements, offering peace of mind to those we support.

We have many clients that engage us to managed their aged care affairs on an ongoing basis and Tiffany is their first point of contact for reviewing aged care fees, facility invoices and Centrelink auditing. She offers clients peace of mind that they are not paying more than they should for aged care services.

Currently studying Financial Planning, Tiffany is building a strong foundation for her ambition to become a Financial Planner. We are proud to support her growth and value the technical strength she brings to our team.

Mel is our Client Support Coordinator and the welcoming first point of contact for many of our clients. She plays a vital role in shaping each client’s experience, ensuring they feel supported, understood, and at ease from their very first interaction with our team.

With a strong background in insurance and customer service, Mel brings exceptional organisation, a solutions-focused mindset, and a genuine commitment to client care. She coordinates all onboarding meetings with precision and warmth, helping to create a seamless and reassuring start to every client journey.

Mel provides invaluable support to the Director, assists in coordinating expos and community education sessions, and is instrumental in maintaining the high standard of compassionate, client-focused service we are known for.

She has developed a particular passion for supporting clients through the aged care process. Proactive and attentive, Mel works closely with families and elderly clients, helping them navigate what can often be a complex and emotional transition. She regularly visits residents after they have moved into care, ensuring they have settled in comfortably and feel connected.

Known for her warm smile, empathy, and uplifting nature, Mel builds genuine relationships with clients. Her visits are often a highlight, bringing reassurance, laughter, and a sense of continuity during times of change.
