Lyn has been involved in the Financial Planning industry for over 35 years and remains a non practicing Certified Financial Planner and member of the Financial Advisers  Association of Australia. 

Lyn is the founder of  Aged Care Solved and initially created  this business as a subsidiary service to her Financial Planning practice. She found there was a large gap in the knowledge and skills required to navigate this field when families of the elderly needed help the most. Lyn has now chosen to specialise solely in the aged care space. In addition to helping the elderly she also consults to other Financial Planners, Lawyers, Doctors and Aged Care providers to assist their clients entering care.

Jullie has worked for over 15 years in the financial services industry as a client services and relationship coordinator. She joined Aged Care Solved in 2022 and attends to all of our client Centrelink work, client support and liaison with aged care facilities and Services Australia. Jullie has become an expert at solving problems with Services Australia assessments and her tenacity in chasing up and resolving their errors is invaluable for our team and our clients.

Jullie not only lodges age care fee assessment forms, but she also lodges age pension claims for clients.

  Tiffany has proven to be an invaluable asset to our team. Her knack for mathematics and attention to detail have made her a perfect fit. She prepares financial outcomes for our clients entering aged care and ensures accuracy in aged care fee assessments and Centrelink means-tested care fee letters, offering peace of mind to those we support.

Currently studying Financial Planning, Tiffany is building a strong foundation for her ambition to become a Financial Planner. We are proud to support her growth and value the technical strength she brings to our team.

Mel is our Client Support Coordinator and the first point of contact for many of our clients. Dedicated to client satisfaction, she coordinates all onboarding meetings and ensures every client feels supported from their very first interaction.

With a strong background in insurance and customer service, Mel is highly organised, solutions-focused, and genuinely caring. She supports the Director, helps organise expos and community education sessions, and plays a key role in ensuring our clients receive seamless, compassionate support.

Mel will also be assisting with aged care placement services, further supporting families through their aged care journey.
