As you transition into aged care, financial information and forms may need to be submitted to Services Australia (Centrelink). Delaying or refusing to provide this information can lead to significant financial consequences. If you are an existing age pensioner it is critical that your information  held with Centrelink is correct and up to date. Depending on your situation we recommend you hold off completing any forms until you have met with us. Some assessments can not be amended once lodged and for some people lodging too soon can be a big financial mistake. For others you may not even need to lodge forms. We will let  you know in our first financial package meeting how this may impact you.

Our team of aged care specialists is well versed in the requirements and can assist you in submitting this information on your behalf through our Government portal. This not only saves you time and money but also ensures you receive the correct aged care fee assessment.
